Norwalk Fundraiser Grass Volleyball Triples Tournament

Date: Saturday, July 15th, 2023
Time: 9AM start, 8:30AM check-in for all teams
Location: Veterans Park, Norwalk, CT

Cost: $120 per Adult team ($40 per athlete) / $90 per Juniors team ($30 per athlete)
Format:
- All divisions are TRIPLES (teams of 3)
- Format will be pool play matches and then playoffs in all divisions
- Prizes will be given to 1st and 2nd place in all divisions (cash & swag for Adults, and AVP volleyballs & swag for Juniors)
Divisions:
- Adult Divisions: Mens Open, AA, A, & BB / Womens Open, AA, A, & BB
- BB is recreational, no formal training or experience required!
- Juniors Divisions: Girls 14U, 16U, & 18U / Boys 14U, 16U, & 18U
Prizes:
Adult Divisions:
- Open prize money is 75% of what is brought in by the division, with 2/3 going to first place and 1/3 to second place
- First place in all divisions will receive a Wilson AVP Optx Volleyball
- Second place in all divisions will receive a $25 gift card to avp.com
Juniors Divisions:
- First place in all divisions will receive a Wilson AVP Optx Volleyball
- Second place in all divisions will receive a pair of NEVBC Swag
ABOUT THE NECTAR VOLLEY FUND
Formed in 2020, Nectar Volley Fund is a 501c3 charitable organization that provides financial aid and scholarships to allow all athletes to participate in club volleyball. Playing competitive volleyball can provide youth athletes with life-changing opportunities and relationships, and Nectar Volley Fund will provide more athletes access with opportunities to train and compete in club volleyball regardless of their financial circumstances.
ABOUT NORTHEAST VOLLEYBALL CLUB
Started in 2018 by Garrett and Cat, former NCAA Division I and professional volleyball players, Northeast Volleyball Club (NEVBC) trains young athletes at all stages in their volleyball journey in a professional and growth-oriented environment. NEVBC is based right here in South Norwalk in the Northeast Athletic Center, with 6 indoor volleyball courts!
